Refund and Return Policy

At Trotcot, we take great care to accurately showcase the products we offer. Returns or refunds are only considered if you receive a damaged item. Each product is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team before being dispatched, so any damage that occurs is typically due to transit. In such cases, we take full responsibility and ensure that you aren’t left with a loss from transit damage.

Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a damaged item, it is mandatory to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. No requests will be processed after this period. To facilitate a smooth and swift resolution, you must provide a video of the unboxing process. This video is essential for us to assess the condition of the product and provide a full refund. Failure to provide a video will not allow us to consider your request.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item. If this happens, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will assess the situation and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
